Eligibility for Returns

Returns are accepted only for damaged, defective, or wrong products received.
To be eligible, you must notify us within 24 hours of delivery.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Products damaged due to customer handling

  • Items used, washed, or altered

Return Process

  1. Contact us with photos/video of the issue

  2. Our team will verify the claim

  3. Refunds are processed to your original payment method or as store credit

    4. Unboxing Video is necessary

Refund Time

After the product is received and inspected, refunds take 3–7 working days.

When Replacements Are Offered

We replace items only if:

  • The design peeled or damaged during delivery

  • The wrong product was sent

  • The product arrived defective

Replacement Process

  1. Share clear photos/video within 24 hours of delivery

  2. Once verified, we will send you a replacement at no extra cost

  3. No need to return unless asked specifically
